Shipping/Return Policy

Shipping Methods and Prices

All orders placed through Weight Loss Food Direct are shipped via UPS. Shipping is free for orders over $99 and $7.95 for orders under $99, unless otherwise specified due to weight and size. Does not apply to premade shakes.

UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. All orders require a physical address for delivery. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or countries outside the United States at this time.

Order Tracking

We will send you a UPS tracking number so you can track your order. Make sure we have your correct email address.

Shipping Times

Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping methods are available.

Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. usually ship the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the next day.

Weekends & Holidays

Orders placed on a weekend usually ship the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday usually ship the following business day.

Return Policy

At Weight Loss Food Direct, our first priority is your satisfaction with your product. If any orders are incorrectly shipped, or missing, we will be happy to fix your order, accept returns, or offer a full refund with 10 days of your order’s delivery. If an error was made on the part of Weight Loss Food Direct, we will include the price of shipping in any refunds, otherwise refunds will be made less the cost of shipping.

Returns will be made using the same methods of payment originally used to order. 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. 

Refused Orders and Incorrect Addresses

If you refuse or do not claim your order, we will issue a refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

If your order is shipped to an incorrect address, we will make every effort to reroute the package. If your package is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the products less shipping charges if the customer provided an incorrect address.

Return Merchandise Authorization Form

To submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, complete the following form. In order to expedite your request, please complete all information requested below.

Return the completed form to or fax to 203-626-9327. You will be notified if your return request has been approved. Shipping information for sending the product to Weight Loss Food Direct will be provided once the RMA is issued.

Damage Caused by Weather

Weight Loss Food Direct stores our products in a climate-controlled warehouse. After orders have left our warehouse, we have no control over the weather and temperatures during transit. We do not provide returns, exchanges, or credits for products that have been damaged by melting or freezing caused by the weather during transit.

You can minimize the possibility of damage to your products caused by the weather. Avoid having your order left outside by having it shipped to your work address or to a neighbor’s home where it can be brought inside immediately. You can also choose an expedited shipping method to reduce transit time.

If your order has been damaged by heat, put the boxes in the refrigerator for an hour. The bars will reharden and will not lose any of their nutritional value.
